What is covered by your warranty

Our Electric SUP Pumps and Powerbanks are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This means that Two Bare Feet will, at our discretion, repair or replace any Two Bare Feet pump or powerbank that we deem to feature defects in materials or workmanship. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

 

What is NOT covered by your warranty

  • - Lack of proper care while operating or storing the product.
  • - Power depletion caused by Infrequent use, storing in an undercharged sate.
  • - Use or storage in wet, dusty or dirty conditions and exposure to moisture, dust or dirt.
  • - Improper use of the product.
  • - Exceeding the recommended current from a power supply.
  • - Use with any incompatible power supply.
  • - Items that have been tampered with, repaired or altered by the customer.
  • - Overheating caused by continuous operation of the product without cooling down in between uses.
  • - Dropping, hitting or crushing the product
  • - Intentional breakages
  • - Failure to follow all guidance given within the product user guide. Please read the user guide in full before use.

 

How to claim against your warranty

If you have a faulty product and want to claim against the warranty then please contact our Customer Service team directly. Make sure to include your original order number, as well as a few pictures or videos and a brief description of the problem you are having with your pump or powerbank. This is the quickest way to resolve any issue you may have.

 

Faulty Products

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged from improper use or lack of proper care are not considered to have defects in materials or workmanship and are therefore not covered by our warranty.
If you believe your item is defective due to a manufacturing fault, please inform us of the defect immediately and do not continue to use the item.
We may ask for you to return the item to us for inspection. If we decide the product was defective, we will replace it with a similar, available item of the same or better condition and pay for the shipping back to you.
If our experienced inspectors decide your product was not defective under our warranty cover, you will be informed and asked if you want it returning to you at your own cost. Please be aware of this before sending any items back to us without contacting customer services prior to your return.
