Delivery Information
- We deliver to all UK locations.
- We are unable to offer international shipping (including EU countries)at the moment.
- All Parcels are sent on a Tracked service.
- You will receive an SMS message from our couriers which will allow you to track your delivery.
- If your order contains multiple oversized items, these may be sent in separate parcels.
- If you require your order by a certain date, we recommend using a Next Day or Express Delivery service to avoid disappointment.
- In the unlikely event that external factors outside of our control result in unexpected delays, delivery charges will not be refunded.
Sales Order Dispatch
Orders placed for products enrolled in promotional flash sales or Black Friday deals may experience delays in dispatch due to the high volume of orders our warehouse requires to pick and package during these periods, therefore please allow additional days for your order to be dispatched this can be between 2-4 working days.
Should you require your order urgently we highly suggest placing your order with a prioritised delivery service, we offer both Express and Next Working Day options. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Christmas Delivery
To avoid disappointment, make sure to place your Christmas orders by:
Standard Delivery - 3pm Friday 20th December
Express Delivery - 2:30pm Saturday 21st December
Next Working Day Delivery - 2:30pm Saturday 21st December

Same Day Dispatch
- We will dispatch all orders the same day if placed before 3pm for ‘Standard’ delivery services and 2:30pm for our ‘Express’ and ‘Next Working Day’ delivery services.
- Orders placed after these cut-off times will be dispatched the following working day (Monday – Friday).
- Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered as Working Days.
Free Delivery: Orders Over £70
- This is available to all UK locations (Excluding Non-Mainland areas, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands).
Standard Delivery (2-3 Working days): £3.99
- Orders placed under Standard Delivery will generally be dispatched with Royal Mail, this is however subject to our internal discretion.
- Available to all UK locations (Excluding oversized orders to Non-Mainland areas, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands).
- Please allow additional delivery days (Up to 2 working days) for orders to Non-Mainland areas, northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.
- Orders must be placed before 3pm to be dispatched on the same working day.
- Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered as working days.
Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days): £7.99
- Orders placed under Express Delivery will generally be dispatched with Royal Mail or FedEx on a priority service, this is however subject to our internal discretion.
- This is available to all UK locations (Excluding oversized orders to Non-Mainland areas, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands).
- Orders must be placed before 2:30pm to be dispatched on the same working day.
- Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered as working days.
- This is an indirect signature required service which means if you are unavailable to take receipt of the parcel then the courier can leave the package with a neighbour without authorization. Please therefore check with your neighbours if your tracking says delivered and you did not receive it.
Next Working Day Delivery: £9.99
- Orders placed under Next Working Day Delivery will be dispatched on a 24 hour working day service, the delivery partner is subject to our internal discretion.
- This is available to all UK Mainland locations only (Excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands).
- This is not available for any Surfboards, 2 Piece SUP paddles or Kayak Paddle Conversions, individually as well as in packages.
- Orders must be placed before 2:30pm to be dispatched on the same working day.
- Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not considered as working days.
- This is an indirect signature required service which means if you are unavailable to take receipt of the parcel then the courier can leave the package with a neighbour without authorization. Please therefore check with your neighbours if your tracking says delivered and you did not receive it.
Surcharge Area Delivery (2-5 Working days)
Surcharge Areas: Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles & Northern Ireland.
- Delivery options may not be available on our full range of products. This is due to higher shipping costs levied by the carriers on oversized orders. Products excluded are all Surfboards, 2 Piece SUP Paddles and some large orders.
- Some orders may require additional payment depending on your area. You will be contacted on the same day by our customer service team after placing your order.
Tracking Your Delivery
- Sign up for a Two Bare Feet account before placing your order.
- Once your order has been dispatched, log into your account to find your tracking numbers.
- For orders over £140 in value, email sales@twobarefeet.co.uk and your tracking number will be shared with you.
- You will receive an SMS message from the courier which will allow you to track your delivery.
Missing Item From Order
We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. Before contacting our Customer Service team, we recommend checking the following:
- Check the tracking number allocated to your order. As your order may have been sent in separate parcels, this is likely if you have placed a large order as well as due to the dimensions/weights of some products.
- Please note that parcels can be delivered at different times if sorted separately by the courier/carrier. Most separated parcels will be delivered within 24 hours of each other, please allow a little longer during peak periods and use your tracking number to follow your parcels journey.
- The item(s) you ordered may have unfortunately been out of stock - please check your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we've sent you an email about this.
If you have checked all the above, please contact our Customer Services team within 30 days of your order being delivered with your order number and the missing item's name. We will do our best to help resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
Important Delivery Information
- If you request an item to be left without a signature or in a safe place, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the package.
- Please report suspected missing deliveries as soon as possible by emailing sales@twobarefeet.co.uk so investigations can be launched.
- Should your delivery go missing, please allow up to 10 working days before a replacement can be issued to allow for investigations to be completed.
- If for any reason there is a delay in dispatching your order, you will be contacted.
- Please note that whilst we aim to deliver within the timescales provided, the service is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, our delivery partners will not be held responsible for delays in their services due to current conditions. This is a nationwide issue. We are therefore unable to refund delivery charges for delayed deliveries.
Note for Buyers in Jersey
Please be aware that any purchase by private individuals into Jersey from Two Bare Feet, exceeding a total of £60 (recently down from £135), will be subject to a Goods and Services Tax charge upon import to the island from 1st July 2023. Payment of this tax will be the responsibility of the customer since TBF do not charge this at source. Also please note that this £60 threshold is due to be removed altogether at some point in the future.
Subsequently if a buyer wishes to return a purchase for a refund since TBF are not registered for GST in Jersey the customer will need to seek a refund of GST paid on the original purchase from Jersey Customs, in the normal way, if applicable.
