We are a small but dedicated team here to help you with pre-sales and after sales advice by phone, email and various social media channels. We are also able to process orders over the phone if you prefer to pay for orders over the phone.

Hours of Service

Our customer service office hours are currently from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We also have limited availability during weekends to respond to customer emails. We aim to respond to all emails within 24-48hrs from receipt and will respond to all voicemails left within a timely manner.
