Customer Service Assistant

Two Bare Feet is looking for a full-time Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team.

The successful applicant must be confident dealing with customer queries and complaints by email and phone, have a high level of computer literacy and a polite and professional telephone and face-to-face manner.

We sell a large range of Two Bare Feet branded watersports and action sports gear, including paddleboards, wetsuits, bodyboards, skateboards, stunt scooters, ski wear, and more, so previous knowledge of these industries and products is highly beneficial but not compulsory.

Our working environment is fast-paced and we pride ourselves on first-class customer service, so we are looking for a hard-working, adaptable, and confident individual who will ensure all customers are given the best possible service and advice, even in the busiest of times.

Main Purpose of Job

- Confidently answering customer queries in a timely and professional manner via email and telephone, with full support and guidance from other team members
- Providing accurate advice and information on our product range to help customers find the most suitable products and sizes
- Processing orders and taking payments
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints via phone and email
- Liaising with our shipping partners to track orders, arrange deliveries, pickups, and submit claims
- Dealing with customers face-to-face on occasion
- Being the first point of contact for dealing with returned goods


- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems/software
- Proven background in customer service and problem-solving
- An understanding and interest in Watersports / Skateboarding / Surfing is highly beneficial, but not compulsory.
- Liaison with various departments
- The ability to get up to speed with products and systems quickly.
- The ability to ask for support when needed and take ownership of customer experiences and outcomes

Working Hours:

- Mon-Friday, 9am - 5pm

- Alternate Saturdays during peak times *

*(5 Days a week)

What we offer:

- Competitive salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
