Stock
Every effort is made to ensure what you see on the website is in stock and available to order. However, on some rare occasions we may be unable to fulfill an order due. Should this occur, we will contact you to inform you and ask how you would like us to proceed, for example offering an alternative item. If this cannot be done, we will issue a refund immediately.

At Two Bare Feet we take the time to describe our products as accurately and informatively as possible, but please note some product colours may vary slightly from those you see displayed. Colours and details are subject to change and are for guidance only.


Pre-Orders
From time to time we may offer products for pre-order, where you can reserve items due into stock. Pre-orders are treated in the same way as any other order. We take full payment for your item and dispatch as soon as they arrive into our warehouse. At all times we will endeavour to provide clear, accurate arrival dates but on some occasions these may change due to factors outside of our control. You reserve the right to cancel a pre-order at any time up until despatch.

Please note that delivery charges on pre-ordered items are non-refundable unless we are notified of your requirement to cancel before despatching your item(s).


Returns
If you wish to return an item, please send back to us (preferably in a clean and dry condition) along with a covering note stating your name, address, a contact telephone number or email address, clearly explaining the reason for return along with the outcome you wish (replacement, exchange or refund). We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt, please be aware of this before contacting us about a returned item.

Delivery
Our delivery prices include both postage & packaging and are based on mainland UK. Our Standard Delivery service is with Royal Mail First Class but due to size and weight of the different products we offer, there are different delivery costs. Where possible we aim to dispatch your order on the same day, however this may change during peak periods.

We are more than happy to arrange Courier, Next Day or Worldwide shipping for orders. Please check out our Shipping and Delivery info page for full details.


Credit Card Details
We accept payment for orders from all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. You can also pay using Paypal.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Orders placed through our website are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Credit Card details are not held in clear text on any website, nor are they available or passed on to any third parties.

Additionally, all payments are made via a secure server, which can be identified at the checkout process by the https prefix in the address bar at the time of payment. Please see our full Privacy Policy for further information.
