Postage & Delivery Prices
Our delivery prices include both postage & packaging and are based on mainland UK. Our Standard Delivery service is with Royal Mail First Class but due to size and weight of the different products we offer, there are different delivery costs so please check the rates below see the prices.

If you purchase different products in a single order, such as Neoprene Wetsuit Socks (Standard Delivery £1.99) and an Adult Shorty Wetsuit (Standard Delivery £3.99), you pay the delivery charge for the heaviest item plus £1.50 for the additional item. So in this example that's £3.99 + £1.50 making a total delivery charge of £5.49.
Next Day Delivery
Orders before 1300 GMT (1pm) can be arranged for Next Day Delivery.
Next Day Delivery charges are from £6.95 and are arranged via Parcelforce. For orders placed after the deadline of 1PM, where you need your goods the next day, please contact our warehouse on 01803 554 695 where we will do all we can to make sure you receive your order on time.
International Delivery
We offer both European & Worldwide shipping via the same system as above. Please see the table below for examples of shipping costs and destinations. Delivery FAQs
How quickly will you send my order?
Our dispatch days are weekdays (Monday-Friday) excluding bank holidays. All orders from twobarefeet.co.uk are dispatched as quickly as possible, usually the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the following weekday. Example: your order is placed on Saturday, this will be processed on Monday.
UK orders are sent by first class post using Royal Mail, who aim to deliver these within 1-3 working days. Your order may be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked, this service requires no signature upon delivery but is tracked at 5 points including the point of delivery.
European orders are delivered in around 3-6 working days and the international orders can be expected within 7-10 working days. Of course, these delivery times cannot always be guaranteed but are provided as an indication of the vast majority of delivery times.
My Order hasn't arrived?
We post all orders within one working day. In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn't arrive please first contact your Royal Mail delivery office. If your postman tried to deliver your order but could not for whatever reason, the order will be taken back to your local sorting office where it will be kept for three weeks. After three weeks any unclaimed orders will be returned to us.
Unfortunately there are rare occassions where an order becomes misplaced. If your order hasn't arrived after 15 working days (20 days for Europe and 25 days for the rest of the world) we can report them as missing and will send you a replacement order.
Please note Two Bare Feet policy means we are unable to action refunds, exchanges or claims for missing parcels until these 15 working days have elapsed. | |
