How long do I have to return an item? Two Bare Feet operate a 14 day returns policy. If an item you have ordered is not as you thought they would be or you simply do not like them when you get them, you have up to 14 days to return them to us at our warehouse (address above). What if the item ordered doesn't fit? You are free to try on your item to establish size, look and feel. A word of caution - please be careful not to leave any marks or remove any tags as we may not be able to accept it back if we believe it has been used/worn. Simply return your order to us with your details enclosed and we will process an exchange or refund to your preference. Please note we are unable to refund any original postage charges. What if the item is faulty? Any faulty item should be returned to us, where we will happily send you a replacement and cover the cost of any returns postage. How long will it take for my refund / exchange? We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt, please be aware it can take up to 7 working days for it to get to us. We will contact you to let you know we have processed your return request, so please be aware of this before contacting us about a returned item. What happens if my return goes missing? In the unlikely event this happens, we recommend you should obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as we can't be held responsible for any items that go missing. You will also need a reciept or proof of posting to be able to claim for your missing parcel. Why don't you have a free returns service? We try to keep all our prices at Two Bare Feet as low as possible for you, which would unfortunately mean if we offered a free returns service we would have to increase our prices.
